Due to the nature of online shopping, a product may not always meet the final recipient’s expectations because there is no physical interaction with the item before purchase. • The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the order receipt date.
• The product must be in its original, unopened (factory) packaging and unused.
• A purchase receipt or invoice must accompany the returned product.

Important: We cannot accept returns on products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items (e.g., body creams in jars and oils). 1. Package the product securely for shipment. We recommend using the original box we sent.
2. Send the package via a courier of your choice.
3. Upon receiving your package, we will initiate either a replacement (within 3 business days) or a refund (within 10 business days).

If the return is due to an error by IF Cosmetics or a defective product, return shipping costs are covered by us. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that if the product does not meet the above conditions or arrives damaged, it will be returned to the sender at their expense.
