Shipping Information and Costs
We ship throughout Greece and internationally to selected countries (European Union and the United Kingdom).
Our partnered couriers include ACS Courier, General Post (Geniki Taxydromiki), and BoxNow. Each courier option may incur additional charges based on the delivery address (remote or island areas) and order weight. During checkout, you can view the respective fees for each courier and select your preferred option.
You also have the option to pick up your order in-store (or after phone confirmation). In this case, shipping is free! Please call us before visiting to ensure your order is ready for pickup.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched to one of our partnered couriers the next business day, with minor exceptions during peak periods, provided all items are listed as “In Stock.” You can check the availability status of each product on its description page.
At IF Cosmetics, we aim to serve you better by offering a choice of three courier partners (ACS, General Post, and BoxNow) with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require an additional 1-2 days.
Lastly, we take pride in responsibly informing our customers that our couriers operate as external partners, and service levels may vary significantly between locations. While we cannot control changes or deviations in handling times from standard shipping and delivery timelines, we are always available to assist and ensure the best possible service for you.
