1. Introductory provisions
i. These Terms and Conditions define the relationship between
our company, IF COSMETICS, as seller and manager
of the online store located at the online address
ifcosmetics.gr and you, our Customer, who enters into a sales contract together
us.
ii. We apply a unified approach to our Customers and provide them with
same benefits, whether they are consumers or not. Therefore, the rules that
set out in these Terms and Conditions apply to all of them
Our customers.
iii. These Terms and Conditions mainly cover the purchase of goods at
our online store.

2. Entering into a contract of sale 

i. You can enter into a sales contract with us ex
remotely through the online store or by phone.
ii. In the case of a sales contract concluded at a distance, the
order placed by sending the order to the website or
recommends a sales contract proposal by telephone. The order is valid for a period of
7 days and we confirm receipt by e-mail.
The sales contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer through the
shipment of the ordered goods. We inform you about the
sending the goods by email.
iii. The quantity of goods we supply corresponds exclusively to
ordinary household consumption. In special cases (especially in case
discounts or sales) we have the right to determine the maximum quantity
which we can supply.
iv. The order is sent to the online store by clicking on
“Order” button. The text of the terms and conditions together with the data
of the order are archived for 6 years. In case you register
incorrect data in the order, you have the possibility to correct them
via the order form or customer account.

3. Withdrawal without justification
i. Under the law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract
which has been concluded online or by telephone without justification within 14
days from the delivery of the goods. In our company, every buyer has the
right to withdraw from the contract without reason within 90 days
from the delivery of the goods. This also applies to purchases in physical stores
us.
ii. If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us of
the decision to withdraw from the contract within the aforementioned
deadline. The best way to do this is to communicate together

iii. In case of withdrawal from the contract, we return the price
purchase of the goods. In case of withdrawal within 14 days from
delivery of the goods, you are also entitled to reimbursement of costs
delivery in an amount corresponding to the least expensive delivery method
that we offer. In case of subsequent withdrawal from the contract,
we only refund the purchase price of the goods. The aforementioned amounts
they are returned immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the date
retreat. However, according to the law, we have the right to
delay payment until the goods have been returned to us. The
payment method for the refund is the same you used
for the payment of the purchase price, unless otherwise agreed.
iv. You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days from
withdrawal date, without delay. If under the contract
the seller sends the customer additional products free of charge (“gift”),
it is necessary to return the specific gift as well. In case the
customer does not send the seller the gift accompanying the goods, the seller
is entitled to delay the return of the purchase price of the goods to
customer until the gift is returned. We will provide you with all the necessary
information about sending the goods through the communication methods
mentioned. In this case, the costs associated with the
return of the goods is paid by the customer.
v. Please note that under the law, you are responsible for any
reduction in the value of the goods caused as a consequence of the handling of the goods
in a manner other than that which is necessary to familiarize yourself with it
nature, properties and functionality of the goods (e.g. if you continue to
you use a cream after trying it). Also note that you don’t have
right to withdraw from the contract in the case of goods which
manufactured according to your own requirements or personalized goods (e.g.
packaging with personalized engraving) and in case of any goods
which you have removed from their packaging and which cannot be returned
in the packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened cosmetic products and others
products that come into direct contact with your skin). In addition, the seller of
IF COSMETICS emphasizes that it is not possible to withdraw from the contract related to
gift wrapping or eco-wrapping service since the
products are packaged and therefore the service is provided (the provision of
gift packaging or ecological packaging service is performed directly by the
seller after completing the order, in the event that the customer
select the service).

4. Complaints
i. If the goods are defective on delivery, we can
agree to compensation in the form of a voucher. You are also entitled to
request the removal of the defect in the form of its replacement
product or repair. In case we consider the removal of one
defect impossible or unjustified, you are entitled to request a discount on it
purchase price and if the defect is material, you can withdraw from
the sales contract. The same rights apply in case of the defect
presented later.
ii. We bear responsibility for defects in the goods if the defects
present within two years of the delivery of the goods or before
expiration date indicated on the package.
iii. Goods are considered defective, specifically, when they do not have the usual
or mentioned properties, when they do not serve their purpose, do not
comply with legal requirements or are not delivered as agreed
quantity. Note that increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to
delivered goods cannot be considered a defect of the goods. The same applies
to problems appearing in gifts and other free benefits that
we offer beyond your order do not constitute a defect. The illustrations
of the goods in our online store are only indicative and do not constitute a recommendation
binding depiction of the properties of the goods (for example, the packaging
may vary due to manufacturer modification).
iv. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about complaints

Be sure to indicate the defect you found or how it manifests itself
the defect and your requirement as to how the complaint is handled
your.
v. We inform you about the progress of the complaint, specifically the receipt
its acceptance or rejection by e-mail or message. There is also the
possibility to contact you by phone.
vi. We make a decision on the complaint without delay. The
process of the complaint, including removal;
defects, usually does not exceed 30 days. Otherwise, you have
the right to withdraw from the contract of sale. It is necessary to us
provide the assistance required to meet the above deadline.
vii. In the event of a justified complaint, we bear the costs that
related to the return of the goods.

5. Payment and Delivery Method
i. You can choose payment and delivery method from the options that
we offer. Before sending the order, we inform you about it
with the chosen payment and delivery method and the associated costs. In
in case of choosing the option of electronic payment by card, the customer
takes into account that the payment will be made by withdrawal from the card immediately on
moment of the transaction.
ii. You can find out about the current payment and delivery methods
on the store’s website.
iii.The stated delivery time is an estimate only and is based on
couriers estimated delivery time.
iv. We have the right to provide free delivery of goods to selected
cases.
6. Extras
i. We offer our Customers various discounts, gift vouchers and more
coupons. Their use is governed by rules regarding which
we inform the customer about each case. Unless specified
otherwise, each discount or gift certificate can only be used once
time and only one coupon of the same type may be used per purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the combination of discounts is not possible. In
case where the value of a gift voucher is greater than the value
of the entire purchase, the difference is not transferred to a new coupon and the amount that
unused not returned.
ii. You may receive an evaluation questionnaire from a third party about
purchase made. You can share your experience about it
and buy goods with others. We will be very happy if you fill it out
questionnaire.
7. General information
i. Under the Sales Registration Act, the seller is
obliged to issue a receipt to the customer. The seller is also
obliged to register the sale online with the tax authority.

ii. The competent body responsible for resolving extrajudicial proceedings in
case of disputes or the competent body responsible for handling complaints
from customers is the Independent Authority “Consumer Advocate”,
http://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr/index.html, address: Alexandras avenue 144,
114 71, Athens, with whom the consumer can contact through
his website.
ii. The contract is concluded in Greece and is governed by Greek law.
iii. All prices of goods and services are provided
including VAT applicable at the time of submission
order. In the event of a change in the VAT rate before
completion of the conclusion of the contract of sale or before the shipment of
goods, the Customer is obliged, taking into account the chosen method
payment, to arrange possible underpayment of the purchase price or the seller
must immediately send the customer an e-mail message through
which to ask the customer to report how the seller
can settle potential overpayment of the purchase price.
iv.All prices of goods, including discount prices, apply
until further notice or while stocks last.
